Frequently asked questions

How can I get access?

The private beta is invitation-only. Request access through the contact form.

What’s the difference between Core and Pro?

Core includes the tools to manage creator marketing manually. Pro adds supported integrations and connected workflows that reduce manual work. Availability depends on the provider and account permissions; some workflows require manual refresh.

Can I connect an external AI assistant?

Core and Pro support connecting compatible AI assistants through MCP. External AI subscriptions and availability are managed separately from CMA’s built-in Assistant.

Can I add more users?

Additional users cost $15/month each. Contact support to increase your licensed capacity.

How does Assistant usage work?

Core includes 15 requests/day and Pro includes 100, shared across the workspace. These limits apply only to CMA’s built-in Assistant. Requests reset at midnight UTC.

What does unlimited mean?

Standard creator, campaign, and brand records are unlimited. Reasonable processing limits may apply to unusually heavy usage.
