Data Deletion
Last updated: June 12, 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of account, workspace, and connected-platform data associated with The Creator Marketing App.
1. How to request deletion
To request deletion, email support@creatormarketing.app from the address associated with your account, or include enough information for us to verify the request.
Please include, as applicable:
- your name and email address;
- the workspace or organization name;
- whether you want account deletion, workspace deletion, or both; and
- any connected platform accounts you also want removed or disconnected.
2. Disconnecting integrations
Users can disconnect supported integrations from the product where that control is available. Disconnecting an integration stops further authorized use of that connection for active product workflows.
If you want us to remove related stored connection data as part of the request, say so in your email and identify the platform involved, such as Gmail, YouTube, Instagram / Meta, TikTok, or Shopify.
For Google, Gmail, and YouTube connections, you may also revoke app access through your Google account security settings. For Meta / Instagram / Facebook, TikTok, and Shopify, you may also use the account or app settings provided by those platforms where available.
Disconnecting a platform stops further authorized use for active workflows where disconnect controls are available. Historical records may remain as campaign records, reporting history, support records, legal records, dispute-resolution records, security records, or backups.
Disconnecting Shopify stops further Shopify API use for the disconnected store. Historical product gifting, draft order or order, fulfillment, tracking, and shipping records may be retained unless deletion is requested and deletion is not limited by legitimate retention needs.
3. What can be deleted
Depending on your request and role, deletion may include:
- account profile and login-related records;
- workspace records, campaign data, creator records, contacts, and message history;
- connected-platform tokens, connection metadata, and related synced data; and
- connected account, channel, profile, content, or performance data stored in the product;
- creator product gifting selections, shipping snapshots, and Shopify workflow records where deletion is available and not limited by retention needs.
4. Retention limits and exceptions
We will process deletion requests subject to legitimate retention needs, including legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and backup-retention limits.
That means some information may remain for a limited period in audit logs, security records, or backups even after it is removed from active systems.
5. Support contact
For deletion requests or follow-up questions, contact support@creatormarketing.app.
